Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are currently shipping via USPS Priority Mail through the website.  For rush orders and overnight shipping please contact us directly after placing your order online.  702-675-3901

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Order processing may take up to 10 business days depending on current sales volume.  Your order will show “on hold” until it is processed.  Orders for in-stock products are shipping 1-2 days after orders are processed.  Slide and frame work is currently at 2-4 weeks.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do not ship Internationally.  We do ship to the entire United States and her Territories.

How does local pickup work?

Our showroom is open from 10am – 6pm Wednesday – Friday, and 9am-1pm Saturday.  Stop on in anytime to pick up your order, no appointment is needed.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Postal money orders, Personal Checks with a copy of your DL, and Cash.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Canceling or changing your order must be done over the phone and prior to your order being processed.  Any order that has already been processed on our end is subject to a 20% order termination fee.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order is processed, you will recieve a USPS tracking number through the email that you provided at the time of your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

Returns are done via email or phone.  Call us at 702-675-3901 or email us at Info@GrantDefense.com for a R/A number.  All of our products come with a lifetime warranty.  For warranty issues, returns are free and a shipping label will be provided for you.  Outside warranty, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
